I found the grounds well maintained, a true feast for the eyes. the pool area was a delight, with ample space for relaxation and activities. i must say, the restaurant service stood out. The team ensured every meal felt special and tailored.

the beach, while charming, had seaweed, a natural occurrence. it required a little more effort to navigate, and this detracted a little from the otherwise seamless experience.

The reception staff is awesome. Francesca is super friendly and helpful. I loved having easy access to both the pool and the beach! the breakfast was tasty. I especially liked the coffee, michelle did a great job serving everyone. The buffet dinner was great. Drinks were included, too. the hotel parking was very convenient, i always found a spot easily.

the tv had no english channels.

This place is near supermarkets. That is very convenient! it has good access to public transport with bus stops close by. the area seems well connected making exploring easy. I'm already planning my next adventure.

The rooms were a really good size! They were clean and the beds felt super comfortable. The staff are professional, kind, and so helpful. The food was AMAZING!!! There were many different options at every meal. I loved the animation team, they kept everyone happy with fun activities all day long. We enjoyed our stay so much and highly recommend this place for families!

The room was super clean. The maids definitely do a great job, providing fresh towels daily. I had a free water bottle upon arrival. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during the hot afternoons.

the resort has a beautiful garden, perfect for romantic strolls. the staff was very kind, especially francesca at the reception. i appreciated the excellent food and helpful service, especially the morning coffee prepared by a professional barista.

the hotel's beach has rocks and many stones, and there were quite a few algae.

The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. the pool was large and clean (i enjoyed a refreshing swim). i liked that free filtered water was available. It was convenient for refilling my bottle.

The beach was rocky. It was difficult to enter the water. the air conditioning in the first room wasn't very effective. i also found that there were no face towels in the bathroom, only towels for the body.
